June 6 (Reuters) - Gazprom GAZP.MM Deputy CEO Alexander Medvedev says:
* Gazprom plans to launch Baltic LNG project in 2023;
* Baltic LNG project is at investment feasibility study stage;
* Baltic LNG project will compete with Australian, U.S. LNG projects;
