The company operates through three segments: Consumer Brands, Healthcare, and Mobility. It offers consumer products for babies and adults in hair care, skin care, toiletries, fragrances, and oral care under the Baby Cheramy, Clogard, Paris, Diva, Atlas, Goya, Velvet Cutie, Gold, Morison, Kumarika, Shield, Eva, Fems AYA, and Actisef brand name; books, pens, colour products, lunch boxes, water bottles, and tissue items, as well as soaps and hand sanitizers; and markets over the counter consumer products. The company also distributes pharmaceuticals and healthcare products under the Ros-10, ChlorMor, Bisoprolol, FoliMor, and Glucomile brand name; and operates hospitals and hotels. In addition, it provides shipping agency, and maritime services; financial and accounting BPO services; online pharmacy services; and destination management services. Further, the company imports and sells food products, pharmaceuticals, and surgical and diagnostics products; manufactures and trades in pharmaceuticals, as well as school and office stationery products; and provides research and development, break bulk casual caller and cargo handling, warehousing, corporate secretary, and property development services, as well as airline representation. The company also exports its products. Hemas Holdings PLC was incorporated in 1948 and is headquartered in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
