At UBS he also covered infrastructure and regulated utilities securities and was co-Portfolio Manager of their AREIT and Global REIT Funds. Patrick spent the prior decade gaining direct property experience in operational, management and analytical roles for Investa Property Group, Savills, the Property Council of Australia and the State Authorities Superannuation Board.
