archTIS Ltd has signed an agreement with Australian-based cyber technology company Penten to implement its multi-government certified platform Kojensi as part of a solution for an Australian national security agency.
The contract, which is archTIS’ first sale as a sub-contractor to Penten, will see Kojensi licensed and implemented into an Australian national security agency to enable secure collaboration within internal parties of highly sensitive information.
It will provide an annual recurring revenue licence fee of A$264,000 and implementation services of A$202,840 for archTIS, a global provider of data-centric software solutions for the secure collaboration of sensitive information.
“New opportunities”
archTIS managing director Daniel Lai said: “We welcome the opportunity to work with Penten on this engagement and are pleased that they recognised the value of Kojensi to secure collaboration for this important client.
"The use case and functionality being driven by the client opens new opportunities to work with Penten in both Australia and the UK. It is another example of archTIS’ unique value in solving sharing and collaboration of sensitive and classified information.”
