Investing.com – Colombia stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Financials, Public Services and Investment sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Colombia, the COLCAP added 0.66%.
The best performers of the session on the COLCAP were Banco Davivienda Pf (CN:DVI_p), which rose 3.09% or 700.0 points to trade at 23360.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Bancolombia Pf (CN:BIC_p1) added 2.90% or 700.0 points to end at 24860.0 and Corp Financiera Colombiana SA (CN:CFV) was up 2.23% or 820.0 points to 37520.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Pacific Rubiales Energy Corp (CN:PRU), which fell 4.21% or 320.0 points to trade at 7280.0 at the close. Canacol Energy Ltd (CN:CNE) declined 3.38% or 230.0 points to end at 6580.0 and Avianca Holdings Pf (CN:AVT_p) was down 2.84% or 55.0 points to 1885.0.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Colombia Stock Exchange by 15 to 14 and 2 ended unchanged.

US coffee C for December delivery was up 1.77% or 2.05 to $117.92 . Elsewhere in commodities trading, US cocoa for delivery in December fell 0.45% or 15.00 to hit $3292.00 , while the December Gold contract rose 1.79% or 20.30 to trade at $1151.80 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was up 0.69% to 3140.50, while BRL/COP rose 5.85% to 791.14.
The US Dollar Index was down 0.30% at 96.11.
