RIO TINTO: A U.S. judge denied a request by Native Americans to block the Trump administration from publishing an environmental study that would trigger a land swap needed by Rio Tinto Ltd RIO.AX RIO.L to build a copper mine in Arizona. Rio Tinto separately said it will become North America's first producer of critical mineral scandium oxide with construction of a commercial-scale demonstration plant in Quebec.
